ABOUT THE SITE
Degrassi Web has had a long & eventful histroy! In 2005, I opened a Degrassi fansite on Freewebs. It was called "Degrassi Stop" & it only lasted for a couple of months. Although I no longer had a fansite I still kept collecting info, media, images & other Degrassi related things that I hunted down & search for all over the net.
In 2006, I teamed up with my uncle to create the site Degrassi Central. It started out as a site constantly re-did in Frontpage & turned into a very nice, well-coded website with good designs & tons of info. But as hard as I tried, I just couldn't get as many visitors to the site. I teamed up with Kyle from Imp3rial2.Com & Elliott from Degrassi Center to create one of the largest DTNG Networks on the net. Although I we had a HUGE & GREAT network of fansites, galleries, a media site at my fingertips, there was still a lack of visitors. So, on December 12, 2007 I decided to close Degrassi Central.
So there i was, left without a site & left with tons of un-used ideas just waiting to change the face of fansites forever. So I decided it was time for a fresh start. After Adam [former owner of Degrassi Center] handed over his incompleted, brand new site to me, I decided that the network would live on, just with different sites. After deciding that I would still do a fansite, I got to work. And along come Degrassi Web. In Febuary of 2008 I opened Degrassi Web! And here we are... This site still has much more coming its way!
